Payment related Rules For Zandaux.com Online Sales Transactions

Chapter I Overview

Article 1 These Rules are formulated in accordance with the Zandaux.com user's Terms and Conditions to guarantee the rights and interests of the transaction parties, and to maintain the normal operations of order payment on Zandaux.com.

Article 2 These Rules govern the collection of online payments for national and cross-border transactions in the manners prescribed by Zandaux.com, including but not limited to the collection by Zandaux.com that acts as the Seller's entrusted payment collection agent.

 

Chapter II Definitions

Article 3 Zandaux..com refers to the website (www.zandaux.com) and its services.

Article 4 Online Transaction refers to the activity in which the Buyer and the Seller conduct national and cross-border transactions through the online trading system and relevant technical services provided by Zandaux.com.

Article 5 Transaction Order refers to the agreement on rights and interests reached by the transaction parties.

Chapter III Handling of Irregularities in Online Payment Collection

Article 7 Unreasonable and Improper Act of Payment Collection refers to the failure on the part of the Seller to collect payments for Online Transaction Orders in the manners prescribed by Zandaux.com or stipulated in the Transaction Order.

The collected payment does not correspond to the amount of the Transaction Order.

Zandaux.com will have the payment returned or will suspend the Seller from collecting payment for the Transaction Order through the platform.

Payment from a third party unrelated to the transaction is collected by proxy.

Collection of payments from a third party that acts as an invalid payment agent of the Buyer.

The nationality of the payer does not correspond to the export destination or the place of receipt set out in the Transaction Order, and no reasonable explanation can be given in this regard.

The collected payment violates UN resolutions applicable to transactions on Zandaux.com or relevant State/regional laws and regulations (including trade sanctions of African Union-AU, UN, the US, the EU, etc.).

Payment for a cancelled order is not returned.

The collected payment does not match with the Transaction Order within 90 calendar days of collection.

Zandaux.com will return the payment for the corresponding Transaction Order

The beneficiary's name in the remittance is inconsistent with the name of the seller's sub-account and no reasonable explanation is provided for such inconsistency.

The name of the receiving account is inconsistent with the name in any regulatory records or registration forms. The Seller is unable to provide a reasonable explanation for such inconsistency and does not cooperate with making any modifications(s).

As far as the Transaction Order is concerned, the payer applies through the paying bank for a payment revision or a refund.

 

 

 

Zandaux.com will temporarily freeze payment(s) for the Transaction Order collected by the Seller through the platform or may restrict any withdrawals

The Seller fails to provide genuine and valid evidence for the type of payment with respect to the Transaction Order.

The Transaction Order is suspected of violating relevant State/regional laws and regulations, and therefore investigated by competent State/regional regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

The name of the receiving sub-account is inconsistent with the name of the seller's store on Zandaux.com or the name in any regulatory records or registration forms. The Seller is unable to provide an explanation for such inconsistency and does not cooperate with making any modification(s).

 

Article 9 When the Seller entrusts Zandaux.com with payment collection with regard to a Transaction Order placed on Zandaux.com, but fails to collect the payment through Zandaux.com as per the rule of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, stating "Whoever buyer shall pay; whoever seller shall collect the payment.", such failure shall constitute a violation of relevant state laws and regulations on the collection of foreign exchange. Article 10 If the Seller violates these Rules and refuses to cooperate, Zandaux.com reserves the right to ban the Seller from using Online Transaction services of the platform.

 

Chapter IV Miscellaneous

Article 11 If the Seller who violates Articles 7 and 9 hereof fails to appeal within three working days after receiving the notice of violation from Zandaux.com, or if such an appeal is overruled, the platform will handle the violation in accordance with these Rules.

Article 12 The platform's handling of violation in accordance with these Rules does not exempt the Seller from its liability for compensation as stipulated by laws and regulations, other rules and protocols of Zandaux.com, the transaction contract or any other agreement between the transaction parties.

Article 13 Zandaux.com has the right to revise these Rules from time to time according to any amendments to the laws and regulations, changes in the operation environment, and other factors, and the revised rules will come into effect upon the expiration of the statutory publicity period.

Article 14 These Rules constitute a part of the Zandaux.com International Platform Rules. In the case of any inconsistency between these Rules and the Zandaux.com International Platform Rules, these Rules shall prevail. For matters that are not covered herein, the Zandaux.com International Platform Rules shall prevail.
